CrossFit

  • Monday-Friday: 6am, 9am, 3:45pm, 5pm, & 6:15pm.
  • Saturday: 9am.
  • Sunday: Closed.

All members get our 24/7 access and a monthly InBody scan (optional!)

  • 1 Class/week = $75/month
  • 2 Classes/week = $125/month
  • Unlimited Classes/week, 1st family member = $175/month
  • Unlimited Classes/week, 2nd family member = $120/month
  • Unlimited Classes/week, 3rd+ family member = $100/month

This is 60 minutes of high intensity training at it’s finest.  Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and Olympic lifting.  Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it!

Worried about getting started? No worries! We will do 5 one-on-one sessions with you to start. Our “On-Ramps” will get you up to speed on the vocabulary, mechanics, and technique needed to be successful. Teen Weightlifting

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays: 7:15pm-8:15pm.
  • 1 Class/week = $75/month
  • 2 Classes/week = $125/month

For grades 6-12. No on-ramps are necessary here, just sign-up and come to class!

This is 60 minutes of strength & conditioning for recreational fitness, or in-season and off-season training!  It is suitable for non-athletes and athletes, all are welcome!  We will focus on all the major lifts and add additional agility and core work.

Team Training

Hours can be flexible, contact us to set-up a recurring schedule!

  • $125/session
  • 10 Session minimum commitment
  • Ages 6-18

Train as a team, play as a team, win as a team. When sports teams train together, every teammate learns from each other and helps each other overcome obstacles. Experiencing success and failure as a group will boost morale, camaraderie and promote better teamwork.

For teams of any size, group fitness sessions boost accountability, efficiency and individual output. Teammates motivate each other to come to training sessions on time — every time — and give their best effort.

This training will specifically develop skills that can be transferred over to any athletic field, court, mat, or arena… It is GPP (General Physical Preparedness) training, and it focuses on developing all 10 physical skills (Cardio, strength, stamina, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, accuracy, agility, and balance).
