This is 60 minutes of high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it! Worried about getting started? No worries! We will do 5 one-on-one sessions with you to start. Our “On-Ramps” will get you up to speed on the vocabulary, mechanics, and technique needed to be successful. 810 CrossFit now has 24/7 access*!

Short on time and looking for a quick/functional fitness workout? These 30-45 minute sessions feature world class coaching of a quick warm-up, a 10-minute core workout, and a 10-15 minute functional fitness workout. Bootcamp sessions feature whole-body, multijoint exercises that simulate movements people do in life. We use bodyweight to light/medium weights only in these sessions.

Think of #810trained meetings as “goal setting sessions.” We will use the metrics of your most recent MAP placement, recent gym performances, recent attendance, and we will perform an InBody scan to help guide our discussion.
From there, we can go in any direction we see fit. We can:
- Dive into the topic of nutrition and come up with a plan.
- Address weaknesses identified in your MAP placement.
- Discuss attendance/consistency obstacles.
- Address injuries or other obstacles you are experiencing.
#810trained meetings should happen every 3-4 months, but they can happen more frequently if you desire! Meetings must be set up 24 hours in advance so we can plan, they are available on the following days/times (these may change week-to-week, so please check the interactive schedule!):
- MONDAY & WEDNESDAY: 5:30am, 7am, 8:30am, & 10am.
- TUESDAY & THURSDAY: 3:15pm, 4:35pm, 5:50pm, 7:15pm.
This training will specifically develop skills that can be transferred over to any athletic field, court, mat, or arena… It is GPP (General Physical Preparedness) training, and it focuses on developing all 10 physical skills (Cardio, strength, stamina, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, accuracy, agility, and balance).
