What’s next?

1. You will get some text and email reminders about your free class appointment.  If you have any questions, need to switch times, or need to cancel you can simply reply to any of those communications!
2. Sign-ups happen from our website.  Click the “Sign-Up” tab in our menu.
3. Once you sign-up you can start coming to classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:15-8:15pm!
